VERY IMPORTANT:

SORRY… WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SHRIMPS!

PLEASE NOTE: These are living creatures, not plastic items. We will not refund if you are not at home to receive your shrimp, or if your address details are incorrect.

To make a claim for dead shrimp, you must send us photos of the dead animals as soon as possible after delivery, no later than 2–3 hours after arrival. Please provide photos in the unopened bag, with our water – not yours.

If you follow these guidelines, we will provide a refund in case of any dead shrimp in the bag. This situation is rare, but we aim to resolve it fairly for both the buyer and seller.

Sorry, we are not responsible for the death of the animals after they have been placed in your tank. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct conditions to keep shrimp.

Returns & Exchanges

Shrimp are living creatures, so we do not accept returns for any reason other than the situation described above.

In case of dead shrimp delivered according to our policy, we will refund the purchase cost.

Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
